What is the Kutting Weight Boot Camp?

The Kutting Weight Boot Camp is a fun 5-week outdoor workout that is designed to improve your overall fitness, health, and lifestyle. We incorporate peroidized training to mix it up and keep the muscles guessing. Whether you want to lose those hard to lose extra pounds, get lean and tone, or just maintain, the Kutting Weight Boot Camp is an amazing addition to you current fitness routine.

What is a typical Boot Camp day like?

The Kutting Weight Boot Camp includes a fitness assessment, resistance training, balance and core exercises, partner body weight drills, cardiovascular training martial arts, stair climbing, hiking, yoga, obstacle courses, and games in a fun outdoor environment.

What if I'm out of shape?

The main reason why people decide to sign up for a Boot Camp is that they are out of shape. The great thing about the Kutting Weight Boot Camp is that you can choose to go really fast or really slow during each exercise. If its starting to get though just focus on your breathing and slow your pace down a bit.

How often do we meet?

The classes are in 5-week sessions.
Mon/Wed/Fri
6:30am, 8:30am, 6:30pm

Where is the location of the Boot Camp?

Sherman Oaks Boot Camp is located at Sherman Oaks Park
14201 Huston St Sherman Oaks, CA
The cross streets are Houston St and Hazeltine Ave.
Meet at the grassy area near the parking lot.

Runyon Canyon Class meets at upper parking lot.

What do I need to bring?

Bring a yoga mat, towel, running shoes, water bottle and a positive attitude. If you purchase a Kutting Weight Suit bring it to the Friday workouts during the session.

How soon will I see results?

You will start to feel results immediately and see results after the first couple weeks.

What can I achieve from Boot Camp?

Weight loss, a reduction in Body fat, improved Strength, Endurance, Posture, Metal focus, and Self-confidence.

What is the cost?

Sherman Oaks 5-weeek Boot Camp is $225 ($15/class)

Are there any other options?

You may also pay $20 per class for the Boot Camp or sign up for Private personal training.

How much is private personal training?

Private training starts at $80 per session or $750 for a package of 10

How do I sign up now?

Payment can be done online by selecting the Boot Camp payment icon that will take you to the shopping cart where Paypal will process your payment. You can also bring a check and pay in person the first day of Boot Camp or Private personal training.

Make sure to fill out the Registration forms and bring them to class or email them to dustin@kuttingweight.com

Is there a refund policy?

If you are unable to attend camp due to circumstances out of your control, we can offer you a refund if you notify us prior to your session start date, however, we will charge a $25.00 cancellation fee. If we are notified after your session begins, we can only give you a credit towards another boot camp.
